Prior to beginning a personal or business coaching program, I like to visit with you for 30 minutes or so to make sure we are a good match. Coaching is personal, it’s important for you to trust your instincts when hiring one. If we aren’t a match, I’ll recommend a few other coaches for you to call. I invite anyone considering coaching to call me for a free consultation which includes some coaching so you get a feel for it.

We will talk by telephone two or three times a month for 30 to 45 minutes. I have found that conferencing by phone is extremely practical and convenient for most people with busy schedules. Plus we can work together no matter where you are in the world. Before each call, you will e-mail me a Path to Success Form highlighting the events and accomplishments of your week and ideas for coming weeks. During a session, I will listen to what you are saying, and not saying, and reflect back to you what I am hearing which allows us to strengthen your inner voice and wisdom. I use a lot of intuition in these sessions as well, and will let you know what I am sensing is going on after hearing you speak. Targeting in on a core issue and getting crystal clear about a situation is one of my gifts.

As your coach, I am available to you and will be a member of your team building unstoppable momentum toward an extraordinary quality of life.

Most clients commit to 3-6 months of coaching and many will achieve success with one project and continue on to address other goals. It’s up to you and you will pay on a month to month basis but I recommend at least 3 months period to all new clients.
