Happy New Year! The steps to achieving a goal are defined by a series of “choices”. Making choices aligned with your values and intentions can accelerate the momentum and forward the motion to accomplish any goal you choose. After all, every moment we are in a state of choice, aren’t we?

Being conscious of your state of mind is when a plan of action aligned with your values and intentions can be created and how you can ignite the power of choice to achieve any goal.

The first step to getting what you want is knowing what you want. Are you very clear about how you want to BE in 2007 and what you’d like to accomplish? Do choices leading towards your goals feel tired and heavy or exciting and inspiring? Ideal choices leading towards goals will energize you to take action. They will call you forward. Would you like to hear that “call” in 2007?

Every year I make time to write down my goals. I take time writing down thoughts, visualizing what I want, creating power cards, and narrowing my focus creating a central theme for the year. Hey, I’m a coach this is what I do and it has everything to do with the law of attraction. I enjoy this process and always feel inspired and motivated as a result. Beginning the New Year with a high level of optimism is essential; in my opinion. Knowing the choices I make lead to achieving my goals is how I generate optimism. Life is a creative process and you truly can design the year you want to experience. It’s your choice! Are you ready to answer the call?

Here’s what you get:

WEEK ONE:
I’ll send you my CHOICES E-COURSE packet via e-mail. Plus, each day I’ll send you a quick e-mail to remind and encourage you to complete your goal selection process. By the end of the week, you’ll complete the following:

  • Quality of Life Assessment to get a snapshot of how your life is going now.
  • 10 Coaching questions to help you create a clear and inspiring THEME for the year.
  • 100 written goals in the essential eight areas of your life, using a catalog of goals for ideas.
  • A visual tool to anchor you to your goals

You can easily accomplish this in a weekend, or set aside 20 minutes a day to pace yourself. The choice is yours and the entire process will take 1-2 hours. 

WEEK TWO:
From this point forward you’ll add focus and accountability to your week, by completing my FOCUS ON SUCCESS FORM. I’ll review your form and offer suggestions and encouragement. Keep a copy of your completed forms in a folder to easily see you’re pattern of progression each week.

WEEK THREE AND ONWARD:
You’ll be building momentum by Week 3 and will continue taking 20 minutes each Monday to plan your week using my FOCUS ON SUCCESS FORM. Remember, I am your personal e-coach every week and will respond to your FOCUS ON SUCCESS FORM with strategies and feedback that works. This process will help you take simple specific actions required each week to reach your goals once and for all.

Remember, I only have space for 75 of you in this month to month program at the reduced rate of $49/month. As long as the program is working for you, I’m here to help. Most clients will want to stay in the program from three months to one year.
